Chrysler Joins FIAT

Chrysler and Fiat have reached a deal where Fiat has agreed to take on a 35% stake in
Chrysler and can raise that to more than 50% later. Fiat can now return to the U.S. market
and sell small and mid-size vehicles in the U.S. Chrysler will have access to many new
engines, including diesels and will gain access to new markets worldwide.
