GM Offers 'Time to Buy' Program

General Motors has announced a new incentive program called “Time to Buy,” which gives at
least $1,000 off the price of most cars and trucks, including some 2008 models.
Certain
vehicles will receive discounts of up to $2,000, and GM will offer zero-percent financing
available on select models. The program focuses on large SUVs and the Chevrolet Aveo.
The
new program will run through October 1.
