A feature segment about a family’s first-ever trip in an RV to avoid worries associated
with air travel will begin Monday, November 19, 2001, on ABC’s Good Morning America,
according to Gary LaBella, spokesman for the Recreation Vehicle Industry Association
(RVIA), Reston, Virginia. Airing on Monday through Thanksgiving morning, November 22, the
subject of the feature will be a 750-mile trip from Florida to Illinois by Henry and Gail
Davidson and their daughters, ages 12 and 22. Good Morning America will chronicle their
trip each day as they make their way to Thanksgiving dinner with relatives, including a
90-year-old aunt. Good Morning America is broadcast in most markets from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m.
