Concrete / Grandy Creek KOA in WA has free WiFi within a limited area. This site is on the list but the list doesn't show it as "free."

Just finished a cross Canada trip. Found many campgrounds offering WIFI only had a hotspot. We would phone and ask before booking and when we got there
were told "you might not get it where you are parked. Then we were told you had to go to the laundry room, office, etc,. I consider this blatant false advertising. We tried to rely on Campground Guide from Good Sam but found this false advertising really bad.

Free WiFi at Challis Hot Springs RV, Challis, ID

http://www.challishotsprings.com/index.html

Stayed there twice and service was good both times.

Beautiful, well maintained park on the banks of the Salmon river. Hot spings were among the best we've ever been to. Definitely high on our list of places we will return to.
