If I was 10 years younger I would give it a go, but I just can't do it. It takes me forever to hook up my trailer to the truck, then it takes forever to hook up at the park. Trailering is not much fun any more. But, I love to go to the rallies just so I can see all of you guys and most of all the pretty girls.
We are all old enough to know how much work it takes to put on one of these rallies, and that we all should help as much as we can to the person that is puting on the rally. DavedG and his very nice wife should ask for help, don't try to do it all.

Laura,

I tried to talk them (the old geezers) into doing coffee on Sat/Sun, but somebody just had to pick a weekday, apparently forgetting that not everyone is retired and can do what they please when they please. I'd love to come join y'all, and (my) Laura would probably come too since she apparently has the next 2 weekends off. Oh well, we'll just have to go camping somewhere instead.

Hobo,

Don't worry, I'll be asking for help when the time comes. And I'll come by your place to hitch up your trailer for you if I have to to get you to come.

Well, it's sure good that you guys can get together in a warm, dry comfortable resturant for coffee, rather than around a campfire!!

Just to let you know, I have several new updates ready now. I still have pictures to upload for the last one but will get those there either later tonight or in the morning.

John Aherns - pm me your email address and I will put you on our update list if you want me too.

Take care all - BTW - it was clear and sunny in the upper 70's today here in Fort Davis TX.!!

Heading for Big Bend NP so will be out of cell service for the next 5 or 6 days.

Take care all

You are going to love Big Bend. Make sure you get to Terlingua, we had a great time there. In fact we had a great time in the entire park. We came in at west end at the Presidio and drove the river road, it was twisty and one great hill to climb but the views were wonderful. We walked to hotsprings, up into canyons and just one place after another, one of our best trips ever to a park, if you like the rough and ready.

With our SuesieQ coming that means we are up to the #12.

I will go down to the cafe in the morning and see what we can come up with.
The last time we we down there (not very long ago) they were not busy.

So sorry (Boo Hoo) DavidG. That is the price you pay for being one of the young guys. We need guys like you to work hard and keep our retirement checks coming to the bank. Your day is coming, but don't hurry.
