Maybe they're one of the folks who never use the "facilities" in their RV. If they've got a hangup about using their "john", then they probably also don't want to be near where others have hooked up.
And maybe they don't want to admit they don't use theirs?

To me it depends on the RV Park, I can go three days on the gray and six days on the black without dumping. If the sewer hookup is in my neighbors patio area (no privacy hedge or fence) I avoid hooking up my sewer connection except to dump and then put it away. Just my opinion.

Heck, I hook up when I get there and unhook right before I leave. The less times I handle that stuff, the happier I am.
Right on.
Actually I might hook up when I get there or in a couple of days, just whenever I feel like it. Once hooked up, it stays there until I am ready to leave. Black valve closed, gray valve open till a day or two before we leave.

I no longer hook up except to dump. Used to hook up all the time, until one infestation of vermin from the park sewer lines convinced me.

He DOES know that THATS exactly what it's there for, right?

I always get the non-sewer sites. Cheaper that way. Then when I get ready to pull out, usually about 5am, I just open the tank valve and let 'er flow as I'm scurrying out the front gate. I connect a two foot piece of sewer hose so I don't get "stuff" inside the storage compartment.

I come from a financial profession and I always say I make the deposits and my DH makes the withdrawals. And he says if I have to dump it I'm going to use it. Here Here!!

When he purchased the MH he should have mentioned that to the dealer. I'm sure they would have given him a discount after they ripped out the toilet and washroom. The savings would have continued in the form of less gas used to move a lighter vehicle. Hey this might start a new trend of fuel saving RVs!
His wife would appreciate this thought, MORE closet space, More cloths yippee-----and no place to P--.

I passed through a campground this summer that charged $5 a day more for a site with a sewer hookup, and $6 a pop for a simple dump. Stayed there for 4 days, no sewer hookup, paid the $6 to make a dump on my way outta Dodge. By my calculations, I saved $14.
