Most of you assumed just because the OP is a "senior" that means "immobile". Go for a walk in the rain, visit a museum or art gallery, play bingo at a local church, hit the local senior center and see what's going on there, movies, shopping, eat out, sightsee-almost anything you'd do when the weather is good. That's what they make raingear for.
Life is too short to spend it all in one place!

Most of the time we watch TV when it rains but I wanted to share 2 dice games we recently found and also play especially when it rains. Farkle is our favorite. We found it at Camping World and they are the only ones that seem to carry this game. We also like Bunco. Bunco is very popular in Southern Maryland.
