We left Marysvale today after riding with Rubiranch, The Texan and Doug from ATVTV. What a blast it was. I would recommend the new modern South 40 RV Park because it has enough large sites for a larger group like I am hoping to see next fall. Not to mention the owners are fantastically friendly and accommodating. The park has mostly pull thrus with enough room for people who double tow. Here is a photo of the park when we were there. Lots of sites to choose from with 360 degree views.

Hope to see you there next fall!

October will be iffy for up high, but the riding is worth it. Texan, are you staying at Lizzie and Charlies, or where? Where are you heading for the "warmer climate"? Parker is next up at the end of October, and Moab, middle of November. January will be riding down by Quartzsite. Still need to run in to you and compare Idaho notes.
We were staying at the South 40 and it was great. We are now in Quartzsite for the winter. We have a lot rented in Rainbow Acres and can ride right out the drive. There was another couple that was supposed to split the lot(2 FHU sites) with us, but they had to cancel so we now have an open side for the winter. Looking forward to meeting and riding with everyone this winter.

South Forty will be awesome when the trees grow up! We had a lot of fun with Jim during the UTVJam at M-vale in August.

What a fine group of people.

We had a GREAT time and made new friends, it was grand time.

I would also highly recommend the South Forty RV Park for RVs.

October might not work, since we have to schedule our trips around the kids school vacation schedules. How is the riding during April, or during the summer months? Anye vents during these times that would be worth checking out?

Check out UTVJam.com for August riding. Put on by the folks in Marysvale,UT as a community effort, and a darn good time! A little further south is RallyontheRocks.com in Moab,Ut. These are SxS friendly rides, plus there are a ton of ATV rides there. Try www.atvutah.com for more info.

Very little is open in April and the majority of all the trails in the higher elevations are still covered with snow.

A few trails are actually opened with tractors just a few days prior to the Pioneer Day Celebration.

Check out the 24th of July (Pioneer Day Celebration) for a summer event.

Great picture, but it looks like the trip took it's toll on that truck.

We are definately interested. We've got 4x4 utility quads. Will have to bring the toys with a separate vehicle however... unless we leave the 5er at home and use a motel...
We'd love to experience the trails and not get lost - always a plus for us.
