Right after I posted the response, I wondered if you had enough floor space for a Pack n Play. Question answered!

Here is another thought: How about creating a bed area using baby gates and a matteress. COuld you stretch two baby gates up horizontally, perhaps between the cabinets on both sides of your trailer? Or, could you put up two baby gates anywhere that would create a little area? Then, buy a piece of foam and cut it to whatever size you have created between the baby gates. basically, you'd be making a crib. You'd then have to make a slip cover to go over the foam.

I have no idea if this is clear or not. Good luck!

I sold a 20ft Coachmen TT this spring, I put a bunk above the front dinette and the rear bed, It worked great and as the kids grew I adjusted the height of the front bunk. I will look tonite for the pics and post them it is simple and easy to do if you are handy with basic tools

If you are willing to drill through the walls and possible have a bolt head show on the outside (siliconed of course!) then is there any way you could install eye bolts (large!) across from each other rig up a "hammock" situation for your little one? You could tie it off to the third wall or a cabinet etc... so it wouldn't swing!

Just a thought. And it could be taken down for the daytime.

Sorry for the delay, Here are the pics from my old TT, a 1996 Coachmen Catalinia Lite as I stated beore it was 20ft long

This is the front bunk above the dinnette, It originally had a piano hinge with a small L bracket on the walls for support it could fold up if you wanted to. I lowered it as the kids got bigger as you can see it was supported on the sides with 2X3's I also added the light underneith to brighten things up

This is the small bunk I put above the rear bed. I used it when we only had 2 kids and the youngest was about 2 years old after she moved to the front we kept it for storage I also added the light at the top. Note the braceing for support on the sides I also secured the rear of the bunk to the rear cabnet that was originally above the bed.

By doing this I was able to keep the TT for a lot longer than I planned however after the twins were born that brought the total kid count to 4 so after one season I was time for something bigger.

I also was in the same situation as you where I did not have to worry about any warrenty. The mattress I got from a guy who cuts Foam to size at the local flea market.
