Hi, I used TJ Snuggles back in the spring for a replacement front canvas for my Roo. It's a 2002, and they no longer had the pattern, so I had to send the old canvas back so they could use it as a pattern. I was extreamly pleased with the final product and it came in right when they said it would... I would give them a call, if they can use my old one as a pattern, I don't see any reason why they couldn't help you also. Good luck!!!

TJSnuggles is the company that makes the canvas for Forest River Roos and Shamrocks and Surveyors , according to Vince at FR. I saw our replacement bunkend canvas at the service department today and it is identical as the original, fortunately since it's an 09 and only in use a year, it has not done any discoloring and looks great. Will be bringing the Roo home Monday or Tuesday with the bunkend seal replacement , the replacement for the damaged converter and the new bunkend 'canvas' all done, yayy!!
TJ Snuggles would be the one to call to inquire, look on the existing canvas if there is one and the tag has a number (very simple ) to help them but telling them the year and model and color (as there can be two outside colors/decals/vinyl/designs within one 'model year' at least

quilted is the term the mfg used to describe the interweaving of the two layers of the Sportsmen Blankets (the reflective and the non-reflective) When the tree limb pierced like an arrow through ours and then on through the roo bunkend vinyl top, we could see the threads (so to speak, it's a nylon almost fishing line material) in a crossed diagonal pattern of the sportsment blanket. They are not quilted in the traditional way you may have been thinking as in quilting fabric exteriorally like a bed quilt. I think the threads of the sportsmen blanket cover may be showing in one of those pictures of our tree damage, not sure have to look again.

So, in other words, it's just the standard sportman solar blankets we've all been buying, with fancy advertising hype?
Okay, thanks anyway. I thought there was a product out there that had R value along with the refectivity. Besides Refectix, that is.

Well, I finally spoke with Becky at Veada and guess what ?? They only can provide the tenting for Shamrocks from 2003 and on. Mine is a 2002. I was told to call Canvas replacement as Veada sold them the surplus tenting and patterns. Verified with Canvas replacement and they don't have it. It will cost me $420 and I will have to send them my old one and hopefully it gets there, otherwise I am in deep doo-doo. Any suggestions ?
