Well, I had to drop the 16K Reese Slider down all the way and raise the pin box to the last hole as well to get level. Only then did it dawn on me why. I have the HEMI SPORT Package on my dodge and that come with 20 Inch Wheel. The 3 inch larger wheel had to be made up somewhere. Have not pulled it yet, but it sure looks better sitting in a straight line between trailer and truck.

Double check your clearance between truck box and the trailer overhang to make sure you still have 5-6" minimium. Also check that the bottom back of pin box is now not in a position where it will hit the inside walls of the truck box in a turn. Sounds like your on the right track but its the things that you don't double check that bite you. I ended up just slightly up in the nose to keep the bed clearance as I have a slight bank in front of the house. Some gas station driveways have short but steep transitions from the road to also be aware of. Randy

Thanks Randy for the pointer. I have the 6" clearance from trailer overhang to bed, but I never thought about dipping way up or way down when pulling in somewhere. I need to try that on some steep turn ins for just how big of a dip up and down I can do without hitting the truck box with the overhang.
