Chances are your aluminum rims are rater to carry the PSI of a LRE tire…

Chances are there isn’t enough room for the 16” tires, but if there is it is a good up-grade but use LT tires instead of 16” ST’s…

Avoid Chinese tires of any size or weight ratting…

Love my mass produced, entry level, built by Lazy American Workers, Hornet

If I go from 15" tires to 16's I'll be getting new wheels and I'll get good ones that will take the weight E rated tires are good for.

16" tires DO fit on the trailer, like I said in my first post the local Komfort dealer orders all his bigger Komforts with 16's.

If you go to a 16" rim. Get LT tires vs. ST. Michelin XPS or Goodrich commercial T/A are two popular brands. I upgraded to 16" LT tires and solved my issues

Yes the XPS are expensive which is why I opted for the commercial TA's. There are many fiver owners that swear by their Michelin XPS'.
I have no first hand experience with the XPS. Michelin makes top of the line tires however they are seldom the cheapest alternative.

The dealer didn't seem to wanna help me out with tires, we'll get it home first then decide what to do.

Anyone know what bolt pattern these 6 bolt wheels are? Is there a half ton wheel that would fit or something?

I like doing things a little different, I have H2 wheels on my Ram plus maybe half ton wheels would be cheaper than new 16" alum wheels.

I put this rim on mine with Goodrich commercial T/A's. Got them for $100 each from Americas/Discount tire. I bought 5 tires 4 aluminum 1 seal rims. Lugs/locking, center caps mounted and ballanced with road hazard, tax ect. for $1499.02.

They will be 6 X 5.5/6.5 X 4.5 with O offset…

you really need rims ratted for trailer service not ½ ton rims and need to maintain the 0 offset to not overload the bearings…
