Photos from a year ago (two years ago? ) I'm sure I stole the idea from someone though.

Well darn! I didn't even think about screwing female quick connect right to the el cheapo blow out plug. I went out and bought PVC adapters and other fittings. The blow out plug is still in shop after using it only once and deciding I didn't like holding air chuck up to it.

Do the fitting go right onto the blow out plug?

Good ideas don't care who has them!

This is just a standard hose cap (for want of a better word). An air compressor quick disconnect screws into it after drilling a slightly undersized hole. No threading. I swap this quick disconnect from my air nozzle and thread it into this the day I winterize and swap it back when done. The cap was in my parts box.

I keep a couple of these caps on board in case the check valve on the city water connection fails. I can cap it with this. Since the rubber cap is on it's last legs I'll probably permanently mount one with a lanyard on the city water connection in the spring.

I too tired of the tire fitting. Had to open a valve, blow, close it, open another, etc.

Throwing imaginary snowball....so sad all of the state parks close this weekend.

Try an Ohio State Park Jenn, at this point most are still open. You can checkout the details here.

Hueston Woods has a nice CG and might be less than 2 hours from you.

Isn't Brown County SP still open untill December 31?
