Hey there, I'm a deisel mechanic, check to make sure there isn't a relay that is in series with the ignition switch, on your coach and to the run solinoid on the gen set, if its stuck you might be losing 12v to the run solinoid, shutting down gen set..... I dont know for sure but here's tryin to help out. MB

This sounds very posible. OP will it start and run with the engine OFF? Something is cutting power to the fuel pump I expect.

As asked, will the generator start without the engine running or using the chassis booster switch? If not, check the house batts. They are probably low on charge or won't hold a charge.

Clean terminals and water them up if needed. For faster results, if your CC has an inverter, turn it off or to Charge Only. (the switch would be in the energy management panel or where the other switches are).

Drive around or use a charger to put some juice in the batts and try again.

BTW, I've had this happen twice when the batts went way low. Hopefully that's all it is. If the batts are toast, a couple of golf cart replacements from Sams will get you back on track.

Good luck.
