Click on the My Forums link in the upper-right portion of most forum windows.

Click on the My Profile link in the list of links that runs horizontally across the screen.

Change your profile.

Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the Submit Changes button.

Note: Signatures are created and edited on your preferences page. The My Preferences link is just to the left of the My Profile link.
