My 04 Monaco has a Intellitec Inc. manufactured "rear run box" that controls several systems on the coach. I am having a problem with the "big boy" solenoid, a high pitched whine which others have experienced. The problem is that I can't get any response or help from Intellitec. Does anyone have any insight to communicate with Intellitec.

I have had no problems getting info.
If you have model number of the Intellitec component, they have excellant troubleshooting guides on their website.

Most problems relate back to poor connections.

good luck, i tried for about 3 weeks to get help but never got a answer and when I did only got a sect. who said they are cutting back in all depts.. finally found the control i needed on ebay. maybe give ebay a try.
