I have a Crossroads Cruiser CF27RL and am pleased so far. I just got it with only 1000 miles and 7 nights but so far I am happy.

I currently have a CrossRoads Cruiser (29RK) that was purchased new in 2005. In my opinion CrossRoads provides a great unit for the cost. Their (CrossRoads) after sale factory service is second to none. I had the occasion to deal with the factory on a couple of issues and they always went the extra mile to assure my satisfaction.

I can't speak to the value of the Open Range as I have no experience there.

Check out the CrossRoads web site (forums). I think you will be impressed with all of the positive comments concerning their products in general and their customer service.

See you out there,

Robert

Very pleased with my '04 Cruiser and Crossroads support, both under warranty and after warranty assistance. The Cruiser is my 5th RV, may be the last. It has seen a lot of miles and camping days. We always like to hit the RV shows each year and have failed to find something we like better. I second checking out the Crossroads forum.

We have the 28RL for almost 2 years and over 25,000 miles and love it. Crossroads support for the few problems has been outstanding, even when thousands of miles from our dealer.

We have had two Crossroads Cruisers...a TT first and have had our 5'er for 3 years... I can honestly tell you we have never had any major problem with our Cruiser and have been more than pleased. We will be parting with our 5'er within the next 2 weeks ONLY because we are seriously downsizing, but if we didn't strongly desire that, we would keep our Cruiser for many, many years and if we were ever to return to a large camper again, Crossroads would be at the top of our list.

We have not had our Open Range 399 BHS very long .... so far no problems. We are very pleased. Open Range has only been in business 2 years or so.

There is a forum with a lot of Open Range Owners - Open Range RV Owners forum

Thanks cooksvillewildcat,I've been to that forum quite abit also, but really can't find out much there only because there not as many members there as crossroads,Yea thats the problem i think they are nice to but quite a bit more money,Not sure if it's made that much better than the CrossRoads for that much of a price different. Thanks again
