We are thinking about getting a small TT and want a 4-season rig. I know about Big Foot and Arctic Fox/Nash. What other manufacturers offer a small 4-season TT? We're thinking 16-20'.

Forget the Big Foot, when you see how they are put together you'll not pay the money.
The trailer is not foam core construction, it is 1/8" fiberglass skin with poly foam glued to the inner side, which leaves no method of attaching anything to the exterior, like a roof rack, hand rails or anything because the 1/8" skin will not hold a screw.
The manufacturer will not recommend any thing be attached to the rear bumper. yet they place a tire carrier there.
If your trailer ever gets hit (God Forbid) it can't be repaired correctly.

I worked at the bigfoot factory in Armstrong B.C. and they are built extremely well. They NEVER leak, as they are assembled as a top and bottom shell. Put the roof rack on your tow vehicle or use anchors for the screws as you wouyld for any interior mounting. As to not being able to repair? If something can be built, it can be repaired. One needs to find qualified proffesionals that care about their work.

Scamp as well as Casita trailers are small, easy to tow and extremely well insulated. Hi-Lo and Trail Manor are also ultralight weight and well insulated.

Do you think(opinion) Big Foot will ever start back up?

I think Arctic Fox is pretty much the only 4-season trailer maker now. They go down to 18' I think but they are not light weight.

The only other 4 season I can think of would be a Topaz by Triple e. But there smallest is 26'. A tad longer than what you are looking for? Maybe?
