Giving consideration of trading in my Jayco in favor of a Class C, possibly a class A with bunks.
Have walked through a few, even ran across a class A with them. Anyone have any thought, likes or dislikes with bunks?

It's going to be easier to find a Class C with bunks, in more of a variety of floor plans than a Class A. Jayco even has 2 Class C bunk models!

Winnebago has the Access Class C bunk model. Winnebago's division Itasca Sunstar Class A has a 32' very nice bunk model in diesel and a gasser.

This is our 7th new Jayco in 30 years! Loved 'em all!

There's also the Tiffin Allegro 35QBH in a class A. Biggest problem with the Bunk model motorhomes is finding them. They're scarce and pricey used.

Check out this class C!

It has a super duty cargo rating, as well as a great engine, and heavy duty suspension.

I have a 1998 Class C Jamboree Bunkhouse with every option that I LOVE! I used to pull a fifth wheel, but got tired of breaking down the dinette and couch for sleeping. My rig has 4 bunk beds in the back, and I take the queen sleeper over the cab. I can send the kids to bed (ya right-they are teenagers and stay up later than me LOL)or when I want a little quiet time and I can shut the door, leaving me the kitchen, dinette, couch and my bed to myself. I have 2 teens, so when they don't bring friends, the extra bunks are perfect for storage. Now I'm eyeing a Jeep Liberty to use as a toad.

Women who obey the rules don't have any fun!

I may be way out of it..but why not rip out the existing and build in the bunks?

You hit the nail on the head. Bunks seem to be the best way (at my price range) to cure it.

Anyone know the general range of weight limitations of the bunks? Are adults pretty much out of luck?
