Looking for full time rig

My other RV floats!We have a 30' cruising sailboat on Lake Champlain on the Vermont side. Tremendous overlap between this and the RV we are planning to buy. We are retired but volunteer projects keep us occupied. The idea is keep the boat here as an "anchor" so we can come back summers for friends and family. We will full time in the RV as long as we are able or until we find a place we want to "swallow the anchor" as we sailors say. You may hear me bring up solutions we know & like from the nautical side and apply them to The land side. -Smooth Sailing!
