Tammy, don't purchase any cheese for the hamburgers! I have a bunch from the Mohican rally and will bring it for this one. :B
I will bring a potato salad for Friday night along with the cheese, and a beef noodle dish for Sunday potluck. Mom is going to make up a bunch of home made hash browns for breakfast one day.
Looking forward to a fun weekend!
Reading this made me very hungry for Dan's beef noodle dish. If it is the same one he brought to Indian Lake, it ws YUMMY!!!!! I miss all the great food at the Rally's. Since Greg left my daughter Tellea and I have been working on taking care of ourselves, eating right and exercising. She has lost 24 pounds in the 5 1/2 weeks and I have lost 20. Best of all we feel healty and strong.

Good morning...
Cool last night and cool this morning, we will be back in jackets soon. This summer has gone by like Troy races.
Going to a sewing party Sat. to see all the new toys that Viking has come out with. Like Kenny, I want bells and whistles.
I think Kenny wants the Torry Pines, but Kathy just is not feeling the love!! :B

we have friends joining us, they have a sweet daughter that will be coming with them, I need to find out what site they are on. We will be there Friday afternoon.I booked this rally because my daughter wanted to go with her family, never dreaming our lives would change. They won`t be joining us. Might see if her children can come,But they have been spending their time as family together. Which I can understand, but the kids want to go camping. Hoping my friends don`t get scared off from our group and join our rv family. lol

I will need the East Harbor rally and this rally to recover from this coming weekend.
I am covering for my boss who is on vacation for the last two weeks, and I have to work my police job tonight, 6 to Midnight. Then tomorrow night is the football game and I am directing traffic for that. Then back to the city park on Saturday, noon to midnight and Sunday 7:30 AM to 8 PM. I think I will be sleeping well on Sunday night. :B

We will be coming in on Thursday. Hope the weather stays nice and no little leakage from above...........
We are experiencing leakage at this time.
Todd has decided to hold off leaving because he tracked our new phones and they are being delivered today. He hopes they will come in early.
Todd is now going to carry a phone. Too much trouble handing off my phone when he needs one, gets to be too much. We can't remember who had the phone last.
We found that Verizon has a senior phone plan.
I did not know that you and Todd were seniors??? :h :B :B

Well, here goes nothing.....my first attempt at posting a schedule of events for East Harbor.
Thursday, August 2 - Ohio State Buckeyes -vs- Marshall football game
airs at 7:30pm. We will have the game on TV at our site for anyone who wishes to join us.
Friday, August 3 - 6:00pm A welcome picnic....we will be providing hambugers, hot dogs and homemade french fries. PLEASE feel free to stop by and grab a bite to eat no matter what time you arrive at the campround. Do not feel obligated to bring a dish, as we all know how hectic everything can be on arrival day!
Saturday, August 4 - We would like to go out for dinner. Still debating on a wonderful winery/restaurant http://www.monamiwinery.com/dining.htm or a fantastic Mexican restaurant called Casa Las Palmas. Time to be announced.
Sunday, August 5 - Dinner potluck (no particular theme) 6:00pm
Monday, August 6 - Light breakfast potluck 9:00am
I will refine this schedule VERY soon. I have a few other ideas in mind if the group is interested as well. If anyone has any suggestions or comments, please feel free to voice them.
We look forward to seeing you in a few short weeks.

That's okay. I know what dates she meant. I vote for the Mexican place as I have been to MonAmi before. Food and atmosphere is okay, just a bit pricey.
