RE: Fleetwood/FTCA Roof Warranty Question - Part 2

Looks as though those stickers you thought about might need to be printed! Could you possible file a claim with a dealer closer to the plant? Long drive, but seems alot cheaper. Dub

RE: Coleman Niagara vs Starcraft 3612

Merczepher- can you message me as to where you purchased yours? I realize both of the floorplans are the same. The black tank is a plus for me and the boxed frame mentioned above. One dealer carries all three, but only 1-2 of the Jaycos and Starcraft, which spent some time with us at the last show. The other dealer carries only Coleman, however, if the dealership is ANYTHING like the salesman, I will stay away. I guess my main question is.. is the Coleman worth more money? Thanks again for the resonses! Chuck

Coleman Niagara vs Starcraft 3612

I was wondering if I can get those who own either of these two models opinions? I know the Niagara has a grey tank, stepper door, and a few other things, but is it worth $1800. difference that my local dealer wants? Any comments on Western Campers in Ft Worth or McClains in Denton/Rockwall? Thanks Chuck

RE: 08 FW/Coleman Niagara price

Patty and Librty, Thanks for the replies. I was thinking there was some wiggle room. Another dealer in Austin/San Antonio sent me a "close out" price of $13,9 + tax.... $1100. difference. I also used the Peco price, then heard the "they're 1000 miles away and you will have the gas" and so on. I don't mind paying a little more to a local dealer, but leaving $2000. on the table is 4-5 payments. Maybe they will meet on my side of the 1/2 way point. On top of this, they gave me a price of $15,700 plus taxes on a 09! Thanks again! Dub

08 FW/Coleman Niagara price

Hi all, I've been dealing with a local dealer for about a month on a 08 Niagara. I've gotten them down to $15500. This price is for hitch- already have, wiring, controller, 15k btu a/d and demo. I was wanting to hear from those who purchased one lately, about how much did you pay? I think they can go lower, as I hear of most getting about 30% off. I also realize the dealer is one of the better for pups in the metroplex and I do figure this is worth something. However, I don't want to leave $1000-$2000 dollars on the table when I sign. Any help out there? Dub
