RE: Protect your 5'er !! Another vote for something other than the kingpin locks. On big rigs when we "lose" the keys a couple whacks with a hammer and off it falls. RE: People who park cars in designated RV spaces I have parked my truck in the rv parking when all of the auto spaces have been filled. I also park in the tractor trailer areas if I am towing the trailer. Does this mean that a trucker will put a note on my window. Fine, be annoyed, but grow up. RE: Can I keep my PUP hitched for a day? If you have a battery on board you should not hook up your lights... you can drain the battery in your tow vehicle. RE: What single tool proved to be very valuable to you? Duct tape. A semi passed me going under an overpass and suckedthe large emergency exit window over the sofa open on the 401. The suction was enough to strip the aluminum catch. It remained in the closed position attached to the sill on the inside with the screen and blinds. Fortunately I noticed the window sailing straight out from the trailer in my mirror.
