RE: Oven Burns EVERYTHING What Can I do to Fix

By using an oven thermometer you would probably find your oven is running a lot hotter than the dial indicates. We've found that simply lowering the temp to where it's what we WANT it to be instead of using the dial, it does a fairly good job. About the only OTHER concession DW makes is to rotate what she's baking when about half way through.
I would use the air bake sheets JT.. It will act as a cushion between the bottom of the oven and the dish. Second on the temperature guage.
we have the Inside thermometer and go off of it and not the dial now.
I will give the Airbake sheets a shot.
moving rack up is not a option because then you have no room for anything more than a pizza.

RE: Microwave broke, do i need a special one to replace it with?

I measured the Old one when I pulled it out Kept the Trim Peices that anchored it into the Cabinet. Took My Tape measure to Target and Purchased a RED one that we liked and Installed it just like the existing one was, It has lasted longer than the Original one did.

RE: Anyone added a receiver hitch to a 08 WW 4005FTL

Get some DJ, it is the MOB mentality, tey just like to Stir the pot and hate on people.
That is an interesting response........
The OP can tow double trailers in Texas -there are length restrictions and other things to consider like brakes. Safe is a judgemental thing........
Interesting how? Many on this website think that they are the end all know all officianados. and that there ______does not stink and jut because they do not have or do, you should not have or do. and when one picks up the torch and starts to pick a scab, they all jump on the band wagon. it happens with wieght, Lentgh, Music, Generators, and every other topic, Usually what happens is that because of this the people on the other side the coin band wagons together and starts arguing. then the admins come in and shut a thread down due to the difference of opinions and a topic that could very well benefit many will never continue. We here in the Toyhauler forum deal enough with the non-Toyhauler crowd posting in our threads about their "opinions" that we do not need to bicker among ourselves.
The OP never stated what his TV was, For all you know he is pulling that 45 footer with a Kenworth, or it could be a F-150, fact of the matter it is not the topic, the topic was if a Pre-fabed hitch could be purchased for his Hauler. and the "haters" chime in illegal, when they don't even live in the state the OP is in. NOW if it was illegal to dual tow in Texas and the OP was nt aware of that you could possibly warn that the idea is illegal. but that is all in how you phrase your wording.

RE: Weather at Pismo?

This is none of my business and I don't have kids (other than 4 legged versions) but I don't think posting pics of your young kids AND giving the time and place where they will be is such a good idea.
I know it is lousy to even think it, but unfortunately it is the real (lousy) world out there.
Just a thought.
you should have read his post before it was edited about him having 10 adult beverages and driving his UTV around..........boy, thats a great idea to brag about too!
and rolling it

RE: Dexter EZ Flex for triple axle.

I have it installed on my LE, it changes the angles of the schackles abit but it hasn't been an issue yet. It did flip the front schackle from spring on top to spring on bottom once after it was first installed but it returned to normal once I backed into it's parking spot. That hasn't happend since and I have put about 400 miles on it now. The middle tires are about 1" closer to the front tires but that hasn't been problem either, unless it is uneven between the sides, which mine isn't.
I too talked to the people at Dexter and also sent them pic's of the setup and they didn't seem to overly concerned about any of the setup. I like the way the TH rides now and the ablity to grease all of joints is nice. The true test will come this winter when we go to the dunes. I think you will like the kit, you will need the 35" one for our model.
I had the same issue on my attitude the first trip, the shackle Flipped, But never did it again afterwards.

RE: So angry!!

It is truly Devastational when you consider the Loss of Life, and homes and memories, However this could all be preventable, I am not goign to go back into all the earlier stated arguements cause they are what I am feeling as well. but just like D.C. nothing will Change as long as the Richest 1% of the population is running this country. we will continue to needlessly risk the true health of the environment and the men and women that bravely stand-up and fight the disaster when it happens such as this.
However, I truly think over the next 5-10 years that area will prosper and return to its former Glory that it was and better than it was in the years leading up to the fire. Like the news said it has been 60 years since the last time it burned. IT WILL RECOVER. Lets just hope we get our heads out of our Rearends and make Changes to the laws that allow for Responsible Forest management so we are not having this conversation in 50-60 years agian.

RE: The Value of a Pre-Trip Inspection

Sure glad everyone is jumping on this. Isn't it funny how the same manufacturer that makes the axles, rated properly, makes such a beefy upgrade kit? When you compare the OEM vs. kit pieces you really wonder what they are thinking. Thought about keeping the original pieces "just in case" but threw them all in the trash.
If they priced the Beefy peices to the RV manufacturers they wouldn'e be cometitive with other axle vendors

RE: The Value of a Pre-Trip Inspection

It took me 6 hours on one side and 4 hours on the other side as well I count the entire time however, Setting up the jacks and Jack Stands removing tires, packing Bearing adn Checking cleaning Brakes and replacing components. this was the first time I ever did axle bearings so would have gone faster if not. and I did this solo.
