Congratulations on your Smart! We tow ours, also. We purposely bought an E350 for it's towing capacity and had it converted to a camper. There are many times when we want to leave the van set up, awning out and plugged in to power and water. The Smart is a perfect toad and lets us come and go from our camp site without having to set up, take down, set up...

Refrigerator not cold
I'm living in my travel trailer and starting this week we are experiencing the coldest winter in 5-6 years. Temps are down to 0 degrees. Thanks to good preparation I'm staying nice and toasty, but all of sudden I notice that my frig isn't keeping things as cold as usual and my frozen foods are thawing. The trailer was purchased new last April and has a Norcold 8 cubic ft frig that I run on elec. Could the problem be related to the outdoor temp? Should I call for service?
