RE: 2010 Seventh Annual RV.net Class B Rally (B7)

Well it certainly sounds like this is shaping up to be another excellent rally. Nan and I are both from the Syracuse area and were very excited about the rally. Unfortunately it conflicts with our school schedule yet again and we will be unable to attend.

RE: No B's but ours

We have to report the same thing. Large state park with a bit of everything but it looks like we were the only B. We did notice more tent campers taking electric sites however. We chose non electric.

RE: RV antifreeze smell won't go away

I have to agree with other poster, you have a contaminated water system. It has happened to us before. Needs to be flushed with a bleach solution and it will solve your problem. You can find how to do it on the forums.

RE: Drip dry, blow dry, or towel dry?

We have always dried all our vehicles after washing. We have replaced the old chamois however with large micro fiber towels. It really is worth the extra work.

RE: Class B toll on the Tappan Zee

Many times it seems to be the mood of the toll attendant. An example was the Okracoke to Cedar Island ferry we took Easter week. We are over 20 feet long but the attendant looked it over and charged us the car rate. Sometimes it goes the other way. Paul
