We camped this past week at Western Village campground in Carlisle Pa. Arrived on Thursday and set up. Thursday night midnight after posted quiet time of 11pm, the campers across the roadway were still going strong with profane language and loud talking. I went over and respectfully asked if they could keep it down. Anoth couple called security and asked them to quiet them down. Nothing happened. Friday night same thing. # calls to the managers and their subsequent visits and the partiers kept it up. Manager was heard to say he was tired of getting calls about the rowdy bunch. Several campers asked to move and did. When we went to ask to move they insinuated that we were the only campers complaining about the rowdy bunch and that they weren't making that much noise.
I pointed out that their poilcy was quiet time after 11pm and that they should enforce their own rules. The made us feel as if we were the problem. They did move us but before we could get moved, the rowdy bunch would take turns coming by our rig and yelling at the top of their lungs that they would either have to be quiet to have to go to Walmart. They were making a big deal of it.
After moving and spending a decent quiet night, we left to come home and met another couple at McD's who told us they had been complaining since Wednesday with no results.
Bottom line, I will choose to stay elsewhere and would urge others to do likewise. If they can't enforce their own noise rules, what else will they let slide?

Very sorry to hear this, but please do come back to Pennsylvania again, and many of us here in the Keystone state can recommend campgrounds with better management than what you encountered.
