What are your plans for Easter week end?

We are planning on taking the grand kids(4 of them) camping at one of our local state parks. The one we like to go to has bridge construction going on, we would have to go about 30 miles out of our way, and 30 miles each time we wanted to go back to get my mom, take her home and to the store. Bummer!

Also, have to see what the weather is going to do. No fun playing dodge ball with the twisters with 4 little ones.

We go close so we can attend our church, come back and have a big dinner, then an egg hunt for the kids.

Decisions, decisions. But, we will do something fun with the kids and grandkids, that much is for sure!

Church, my husband is a minister but two hours after church is over we will start for southern Illinois where we will be camping for two and a half weeks.
The trailer will be hitched to the truck and the refrigerator filled on Saturday.

An all day dinner-on-the-ground Fasola singing at a little church in northwest Jefferson County with lots of singer friends.

I'm sure we'll sing:

Hallelujah
Easter Anthem
New Britain (Amazing Grace in your hymnal)
Murillo's Lesson for my Dad (he was 91 March 21st and I plan to carry him to the singing)
and another 50 or so songs from 9:30a to 2:30p with an hour break for the sumptuous food from noon to 1p.

But the next weekend we are going camping at Logan's Landing in Alpine, AL for 3 nights with the pups. Our first trip this year after a long fall and winter.
