The mail messages is blank.

Can you fix??

If yours is like mine, you will find that the top 24 lines are blank, which makes the page appear to be blank. When I scroll down, I find the ususal notification.

Same here. Plus the preview of each post has been goofy for several weeks. Big square box that flickers on and off.

I guess you are using the Woodalls portal; it is the only one that I know the has a preview problem. You can turn the preview box off in your forum preferences, or switch to one of the other portals.

At 11:30 pm (EDT) yesterday, the spell check was working on all portals and is this morning, also.

We're part of the Good Sam's Club - and I only get partial notifications - so I just sign on occasionally to see if I've gotten responses to my postings. I'm sure eventually things will go back to normal, just takes time!

I have been having the same problem with spell check for a couple of weeks now! Apparently not all the portals are fixed. The message I receive is
Quote:

404 - File or directory not found.
The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable

I'd be happy to tell you which portal I'm using if you will tell me how to determine which portal I am accessing rv.net with.

If it is any help in figuring out which portal here is a little more information. I have rv.net as an icon on my desk top. If I right click on the icon in properties it shows the path as: http://www.rv.net/forum/

The moderators have also noticed that spell check is intermittent on RV.Net and Woodalls. It has worked for me, every time I've tried it, including this post.

Here are links to all 8 portals. The part of the URL just after "WWW" will tell you what portal it is. Also, each portal has its own banner at the top.

I, like TCandDC am consistently getting "Network Error" messages when I try to login using RV.net. However, I have not experienced any problem with logging in through Trailer Life.

After several days of the RV.Net portal being stable, something happened early this morning, during the normal maintenance cycle. It seems as if the techs restored an old backup by mistake. We have reported the problem.

After having continuous problems with the portal earlier this morning, I haven't seen a problem over the last 5 minutes. Perhaps they have corrected the problem. In any event, I'm also keeping Trailer Life open.

Well, Trailer Life is nitpicking right now. More than one thing, but the one I can remember after a number of posts, ..... is that the reply frame drops down a good 3" on my screen.

Niddling, but an indication that TL is not perfectly smooth.
