We are still in Alaska currently at the Grand View RV Park between Anchorage and Tok. This has been an awesome experience so far and the adventure continues as we appear to have broken something that keeps the front airbags inflated.

However the sun is shining, the view is wonderful, both WiFi and cable work perfectly and I'll either fix whatever this is myself or we get towed to Anchorage. If anyone knows anything about the ride height air valving system on this chassis any assistance would be appreciated.

Safe travels to all.

We have made it to the Pioneer RV Park in Whitehorse. We spent the afternoon in town & tomorrow we are going to Skagway then on to Tok via the mud & dust. We have to meet the son & daughter in law on Sat in Anchorage.

We fly back to Anchorage on Sunday, the 17th, to resume our trip. We will drive the toad to Fairbanks on Monday and (hopefully) reclaim the motorhome. Then back South to Montana Creek, Sewerd, and the Kenai.

Same here! We are in Stewart, BC - saw few bears in Hyder, headed to Smithers, then Prince George and on south to our beloved lower 48. We want to be in Talladega for the October 5th race.

Have fun!

We are also in Stewart, BC. We will be here for two more days before heading to Prince George and Glacier National Park. Then we will finally push east for home. We, too, have had a great trip but have missed summer a bit but probably not as much as the Alaskans after their long, dark winter.

I am "home" in NJ after a great trip that included: Mackinaw Island, Glacier NP, Banff and Jasper, Alaskan Hwy, interior Alaska, Kenai Penninsula, and the Inside Passage (6 ports) via ferry. Wow o wow!!!! Thanks to all that have contributed to the topic, what a wealth of the most up to date information. We met so many fellow rv'ers along the way; the sights, travel, people all rolled together has been the most awesome experience!! Safe travel to all, Kathy

We have made it to the Golden Nugget in Anchorage. Tight but clean. Full last night. Of course they screwed up our reservation & didn't seem to care. We will meet our son & daughter in law, at the airport, later this morning. It has been fun having the 7 year old granddaughter along. We will spend the next 3 weeks in AK & the Yukon. A couple of days here then on to the interior.

Looks like we definitely will be staying! We will be the "caretakers" of the cottage for ASP at Cooper Landing for the winter, and possibly for as long as a year. We will be there starting about Oct. 1.

Stop to say hello of you get down that way.

We're still here (but heading south) and currently in Juneau arriving yesterday on the ferry from Haines. We'll be here for two more days then on to Sitka for four days. I will try and meet up with an old home town class mate who was the mayor of Sitka for several years. From there, down the inside passage to Ketchikan and Prince Rupert. We will then head south and stay in Florance Oregon for about a week meeting up with a bunch of fellow ELK members before heading on home. Right now it looks like we will be getting home sometime in October.

This has been absolutely the best summer we have ever had. It has exceeded all of our imaginations and expectations. Keeping in touch with all our fellow rv'ers on rv.net and all the others that we met and re-met at different rv parks and campgrounds.

I will continue to use this post to monitor those who are still with us here until we have all vacated our northern exposure adventures. Like Kathy said... what an awesome experience!
