We are looking for the smallest TT available, that would come with a fixed queen size bed. Build quality is important to me also. Anyone have any suggestions ? Thanks for everyone's input.

Although I don't believe they make a 2008 version, my 2007 listed in my sig line has a queen bed that totally accessable on both sides and the end. It was one of the reasons we decided on this one.

I think it would help if you provided more info, such as:
  • Used or New
  • Slide or no slide
  • Any "must-haves"

Why is build quantity important?

The OP said "build quality" not quantity.

I found Jayco to be good quality. You could check the JayFeather 199 or 218. Jayco The JayFlight models with queen bed are siginficantly longer. I'm sure there are other makes out there that are similar.

Good luck searching!

My 13' Road Runner has a dinette that turns into a queen sized bed. I'm not sure if that counts as a "fixed" bed. We always leave it in bed-mode. We have an egg-crate foam pad that makes it a little more comfortable. We have a little folding table that we set outside for dining.

The 13' Fun Finder has the same floor plan with a queen bed/dinette.

I believe the 17' Casita and Scamp have dinettes that become a king size bed.

Most of the 18' models made by the big manufacturers (various brands) have a walk-around fixed (not dinette) queen bed.

We have a 2007 Rockwood 2104. It's 21 feet long and has a front walk around queen. The quality is excellent we are extremely happy with this TT.

We have a Gulfstream Amerilite 21MB. There is a fixed queen bed with a small nightstand on each side, with ability to walk around the bed (it is somewhat tight but I would expect that in a small TT like this). We have only had 3 trips so far but have been extremely happy with our home on wheels. One negative we do have is that there is practically no storage from the outside. Hope this helps.
