How about reading? That's what we do. Also, evening can be a wonderful time to take a stroll around the CG.

We like to watch TV, too, so we always take a TV with us. I like to catch the news, if I can. Ours has a DVD player in it, so we bring our collection of DVDs with us. Usually we don't fire it up until after dark anyway--we take a lot of walks and read outside as long as we have light.

Depends... in spring and fall, usually most of the time is spent outdoors. The activities of the day, cooking out, and enjoying a small evening campfire generally pushes us to an early bedtime at 10.
During the winter and summer, the weather drives us in earlier. We play board and card games, read, watch a DVD, or break out the satellite dish. We can also pop the air card into the laptop and be online in most places. While I'd prefer to be outside, there's no lack of entertainment when we can't.

Not sure why you can't play Spider Solitaire without WiFi???? There are many versions out there that can be installed on your local computer, you don't need to play the on-line version....

Just what I was about to say....
My computer came installed with it on it, in GAMES. Stupid me, I didn't even know about the on-line version??
If you can't think of anything else to do, there is always snuggling in bed!! I happen to like that about the best!!

Night is what I like best about CAMPING. We love to sit around the campfire, and Talk, make stick biscuits, pop corn, play, and sing, just watch the fire. It puts you to sleep you know.
It is just a quiet time together, away from all the "stuff". We camp to get away from the "stuff". Like telephones, television, schedules, and anything you have to plan. So camping nights, around the fire. We get to know each other again. Usually. By the time the fire goes out. You are ready for bed.
You could try electronic Battleship, or just Battleship.

We go camping to get away from the TV. In all the years we have been camping, like over 40, we have not taken a TV along. Portable radio yes, to listen for weather reports, Etc. But We have a lot of board games that we play, along with the grandchildren.
