sfprop....that's not necessarily true, concerning ATM cards. Several years ago our card number was stolen and several hundred dollars was charged in Mexico. Not only did BOA contact us because of the unusual transactions, our account was credited back the money and our ATM was treated exactly like a credit card...one reason we continue to bank with Bank of America.
