We tried to get GEICO to cover our RV a couple of years ago but they would not cover anything over $100K. We used to have it on our TT and 5er and still have GEICO on our cars. We ended up going to Progressive. Anyone have an update on that restriction?

The thing that threw me was that the playboard is upsidedown. I knew you played Checkers, but this guy is playing Backgammon. And, DickA likes racecars,....racers usually play Poker. I'm really confused now....

If you have never been to the west coast I can understand you meaning. But out west, a whole lot, (hundreds) of rvs park on the street, at the park, and picnic tables are right along the road. If you got a table right next to your rv, you could rent it out for big bucks. I too noticed that , but I immediately thought of Mission Bay in diego, where people park rvs on the road and other people eat at picnic tables less than 3 feet away.

Dont know if they still have the restriction or not but I do know they wanted to charge almost 600 bucks to add our MH to our existing policy.
We have Progressive fot the MH instead.
Still have Geico for the other vehicles.
FWIW, Im not to fond of the caveman commercials either.
They have run that idea into the ground as far as Im concerned.

GEICO is selling RV insurance...
If you only need vacation type RV Ins. OK but do they offer fulltimers insurance... That is the question. There is a huge difference between the two and many of us have been happy with National Interstate Ins. that offers fulltimers Ins. on our 5th wheel. I have Prgressive for the truck. National Interstate
Full-Timer's Coverages - Personal liability coverage plus coverage for your golf cart, jewelry, valuable property, storage shed and more.
Total Loss Replacement - If the RV is a total loss in the first five model years, we will replace your RV with a brand new comparable model. If you own, or are thinking of buying a new RV, you should consider this coverage to help protect your valuable investment.
We have on order a new 5er and will check out insurance but we have been happy with this comoany. Your choices may vary and if what you find is different from ours be happy and enjoy your RV.

This thread made me pay attention to the commercial, I did notice the the MH next to the rig in question was pulled in it's space making the couple on the curbside to both rigs. I must be real bored.

I think its about time GEICO started offering RV insurance and advertising it considering Mr. W. Buffett the billionare owns GEICO as well as Forest River.

So that explains the Georgetown Rv in the commercial...
