A tear drop would be neat to have, but come on $18,500. It better be gold plated. I would bet good money that I could built a really nice one for 2 grand. That one is two years old. The owner has to be completely full of him/herselve.

He's real proud of it for sure. But you can get a really nice TT for much less. Or even a factory Teardrop, For much less.

Did you guys look at the CRAFTSMANSHIP in that TD? I have been looking at them for several years, and have plans of building one someday, my hopes are that if ever build one mine would be half as nice as his!! I know I would not pay that much for it but this is hands down the nicest TD I have seen.

It is beautiful and very functional and most of all built with lots of tender loving craftmanship - hard to find today. However, the gentleman who built this must realize a crafter rarely gets money for his time. My husband restores antique caned and wicker chairs as hobby for individuals and is rarely really paid well for his time. That teardrop is lovely though and perhaps someone with the money and the appreciation for the expert workmanship will come buy and purchase it for him. Otherwise, maybe someone in quality control at the RV factories will give him a job so our RVs will be better built.

It is cute, but I'd rather have the indoor kitchen and lots more space for that price!

come on give the guy a break.

I'll bet none of you could not match his skills as a trailer building.

I say that having built and flown airplanes, aluminum skinned and all Fiberglass.

A very well done trailer and if it's what he wants more power to him.

Ah yes, it may be exactly what he wanted but it must not be anymore. Notice that he is selling it.
