Florida (nor do I) doesn't lay any claim to boils. Its just great tailgate food. Good communal meal as someone can bring the shrimp, someone else the crabs, etc.

The difference to me between a LCB and a Cajun boil is a LCB is more likely to have Kielbasa instead of Andouille, Old Bay vs Zatarains, no mudbugs, no celery. My BIL that lives in the panhandle does a Cajun boil and puts Brussel sprouts in his. NEver heard of that but its good.

We love visiting LA. Always try to spend a few nights around Breaux Bridge and stock up on Poche's meats. I'll eat Boudin till it comes out my ears. We eat beans and rice almost every Monday.

I would like to attend a Florida game at every SEC venue. We have done SC and Bama. My Gator buddies say LSU is a tough place for a Gator; but I'll go someday. Kind of waiting for a year when there are 2-3 western games in a row.

One of these years.

My Kharma ran over my Dogma.
