The link I got has a PDF of the options of the camper that is at the Albany facility. The options are listed as follows:
CSA standards $107
Cust value package $764 which includes
AM/FM stereo CD
Awning
Polished aluminum wheels
Water purifier
Bed mats/heated(2)-$236
Vent,powered roof-$186
Outside grille-$200
That is all on top of the standard package I guess which is listed on the left of the sticker.

Heres what I find about people's opinions on popups:
If you are looking for the world's greatest tent, you will be thrilled with a popup camper.
If you are looking for a cheaper way to get into RVing, you won't be happy in a popup for very long.
Pups are inevitably closer to nature, for good AND for bad. YOU need to decide if that is a good thing for you or not.

Hey Mike and others...
I got the same email from RVdirect, and I called and confirmed the $9995 price on the 14select, but it's only for 1 stock # located at the Albany dealership. They also have a 1007 and a 1008 on "sale". I did the math, the select is about 40% off, the other two "on sale" are 26% off. Yeah, it's a good price on the select. I've thought about it, too, still not sure I want to tow that beast around, though.
As far as popups go... I've owned a popup for 4.5 years camping an average of 30 nights a year in it. I've been shopping for popups, hybrids and TTs for the last 4 months and have exhausted the lists of pros and cons for each. It really gets down to how you want to camp. I love many features of TTs, but I need more bedspace and I don't want to tow something that's going to catch the wind like a TT does, and I have no intentions of trading up my TV. THAT being said, the price on smaller TTs and hybrids is cheaper than the upper 1/3 of popups, which makes NO sense to me, but such is the world of popups.

We went from a TT to a PUP. We used it for the first time this past weekend. Other than a few organizing issues it was great. For me it was easier than the TT, because I only had to pack the clothes and food once. With the TT I would always take too much stuff. If you like the outdoors feeling you get from tent camping you will love a PUP.

We went from a 36ft 5th wheel with slides & an F250 diesel to a Starcraft 3608 pup and an F150 tv. The fuel savings is tremendous! We've been out in the pup 3 times and are going this weekend. We could no longer justify the expense of the larger rig since we are weekend campers and a couple of 1 or 2 week trips a year. We really love the pup - we had pups when our son was growing up. The set up takes us about 15-20 minutes. And there's a lot less cleaning to do in the pup to get ready to pack it up. We have an rv cover at home, so when we get home, we pop it up and leave it until time to go again. I am retiring in January and we are excited about taking a long trip with it. DH would rather pull the pup any day than the big 5th.

What is the consensus on the fancier high walled units with the plumbing,holding tanks,slide-outs,and such. I ask because while looking at a 2007 Fleetwood Niagara(I think) the other day I realized it was a very complicated unit,and the floor of the unit had lots of penetrations that could lead to possible rodent infestation,and or places for moisture to get into,and start the rotting process. Am I just a nervous nelly about such things,or are these valid worries? How about the slide-out dinette,are they good and sturdy? I asked the salesman if they would hold up to a big guy like me(6'-1",250lbs),and he said sure no problem,but then again he is selling it,not using it,or warranting it.
We really liked the high wall unit because it gave the feel of a travel trailer in that it had a largish fridge,and the counters were high,but you didn't need to fold up too much stuff. I imagine towing one isn't too bad even though the GVW is 3500 lbs,it must be better with less wind resistance.
Why is it though that when you buy one of these Fleetwoods new you get this crazy warranty on everything like the roof,floors,lift system,etc,but if you buy it a year old you get nothing? The salesman said we may be able to buy a warranty from the manufacturer,but that he would worry about such things because these Fleetwoods are the best made,and rarely break. What do you guys think? I think everything breaks eventually,especially with kids.

he's a salesman, and FW has had it's share of repair concerns. This is the main reason why I buy new. Of course, the other thing to consider is how many systems on the popup can you fix yourself? Most of that stuff is easier than the systems in your home to fix, so it makes for easy repairs. Of course, for the stuff that you can't fix, it's usually expensive.

Had my HW for 4 years now..sure I've had some small issues, but overall I am very happy with my hemlock, It may be a collectors item one day.
