We have a 2007/2006 chassis RT210P LX and a quick scan of the specs on the Roadtrek site came up with very few diferences -
- cherry cabinets in the 2008 model
- ipod ready AM/FM radio on 2008
Couldn't see anything else, but there may be some. Ours also has the exterior spare tire and Onan (noisy) genset - we did retrofit the resonator. We also added the rear air bags for a bit more clearance at the back.
We like our unit. I wouldn't want the cherry cabinets JMHO

We looked at a 2008 210P yesterday. We had also thought the cherry cabinets would be too dark, but they were OK - wouldn't be a deal-breaker. The new wood dash is nice. Also, the enclosed bath is bigger than it looks in the pictures, but it does cu into the aisle space and you loose one of the closets. Try to see one at a dealer or send for the 2007/2008 brochure for more details. We also looked at the big RT Sprinter - lots of glass but the fridge and the microwave are on the floor! Seemed to be less interior space, too.

It depends on if it is an early 2006 or one of the last ones.
The main changes that I noticed (besides what was already mentioned) were made just before they started making the 2007's.
The late 2006 has the 5' CF Refer, instead of the 4.5 CF.
They added the three flourescent lights, and got rid of the cloverleaf table and added a slide out table.
They also added the surround sound for the 2007 model and (I think) a TV with digital tuner.
And in 2008 the 6.0L engine went from 300HP/360lbs to 323HP/373lbs.
There might be more but I think that is all that is noticeable.
If you happen to be looking at the one on ebay it is a late model 2006, because you can see those changes; refer, lites and table.

2008 Chevy chassis also has cruise control on the steering wheel versus on a stalk and redesigned controls on the dash. Our 2007 (early model) has a digital LCD flat-screen TV (Samsung 910) - but does not meet the 2009 digital TV signal compatible standard (I do not believe that RT is yet installing 2009 digital signal compatible TVs) We installed a converter via Govt. coupon Jean and Jan in Colorado
