Don't know never use it. Why would you not want to see another members post?
life itself is a series of pro. and con. regarding most things with the best decisions laying somewhere in between. We're all somewhat different, that's what makes life interesting.

I am glad you found it, But.............I always thought that the reason we read forums was to get the opinions and ideas from all the other readers. Granted, sometimes they rude, offensive, and not even to the point, but it sure would be boring IMO if they were not there.

Maybe like this one.

There are different ways to block members - you can block their posts from showing up on your computer, or you can just block PMs from them.

I'm with you rv2go. There is a lot I don't like but I can't see blocking anyone out for something they say. That is why I read all the newest posts. Like those that like to correct your English and spelling and caps. MOHO CharWan Happy Trails

Did anyone ever figure out how to block a member? This is the error message I get. I have tried OVER and OVER for days.

If you use the Block Member function on your My Forums page, it will work. The downside to this way is that you will have to type (or cut and paste) the member's name you wish to block.

Since the original poster quickly posted that he had figured it out, the above was not posted.

pulsar, Thanks so very much. It worked.

Rebecca

on edit: The reason I wanted to block this member is, when I search it makes it difficult because he has such long postings. After I blocked the member and searched, the posts are still there. Oh well!
