Joe "Nattering nabobs of negativism" is one of the most popular turns of phrase associated with U.S. Vice President Spiro T. Agnew, who served under Richard Nixon until resigning in October 1974, after pleading no contest to charges of tax fraud. Agnew, who had a particularly acrimonious relationship with the press, used this term to refer to the members of the media, whom he also deemed "an effete corps of impudent snobs."
According to the Congressional Record, this term was first used during Agnew's address to the California Republican state convention in San Diego on September 11, 1970. In context, it was used together with another well-known Agnew alliteration: "In the United States today, we have more than our share of the nattering nabobs of negativism. They have formed their own 4-H Club -- the "hopeless, hysterical hypochondriacs of history."
Although this phrase is often credited to Agnew himself, it was actually written by William Safire, the legendary columnist for The New York Times, who was a speechwriter for Richard Nixon and Spiro Agnew. Some of Agnew's other pearls were actually written by Patrick Buchanan, another White House speechwriter at the time.

What are you trying to do? Perhaps it is possible to do it safely without doing something that is un-safe.
For instance, when visiting friends and family, you can plug into the laundry circuit where there are two dedicated 20 amp receptacles in modern houses (Per N.E.C. Codes). You could use one extension cord to power most of the stuff in the RV and another seperate cord to power the 120 volt refrigerator, battery charger, and perhaps another load. Then you could run the air conditioner on the first power cord and refrigerator, battery charger and TV set on the second power cord.
With a Honda generator parallell kit, they use 2 inputs that are rated at 15 amps each, and has a 30 amp 120 volt output. It is reasonable safe when properly connected to the generators.
I agree with a post above, if you have to ask how, don't try it, and it is unsafe, just as the first post said.

Is it possible to take two 15 amp outlets from different breakers and connect them to make one 30 amp?
NO! Regardless of how this would be wired, you will never be able to pass 30 amps.

OK...should have clarified...
NO WAY would I try this myself, I'd pay to have it done, here's my situation:
We do Renaissance Fairs for a living, and we camp behind our booth at the AZ show.
We have a 15 amp breaker and outlet box to the booth, and another 15 amp breaker and outlet for the coach.
During the week we don't use the booth power, and I know you can parallel two Honda gennies into one plug, so I was just curious if this sort of thing could be done in my situation?
again...I would not do this myself, just don't want to pay the fair electrician for a service call if it isn't possible.
Thanks!

Umm, what code would that be? NEC only requires one 20A outlet. The washer can be on a 15A outlet.

A good solution for you would be Power Solutions Dual Adapter, this would safely accomplish what you want to do.

To be honest - I look at this as a retorical question. I'd guess that no one would actually try it, and if they did, ther'd be more breakers breaking than you'ld see at Bar Harbor in a week, not to mention fried wiring. Actually, I think this fits into 'culling the herd' no?
