Of course we all understand that there is a world of difference between a company sending sensitive information over an open wifi and an open network that any of use would connect to. In the first place WE don't send our credit cards in the clear as these idiots (a number of major stores) do.

It's OK though, Blue Cross Blue Shield already gave away my Social Security # and credit card information - what the hell else can someone get? They were kind enough to give me credit monitoring for free for a year but so far after 6 months nothing's happened.
