What difference a bunch of miles makes huh? We'll probably be in the 80's to 90's around here for another month at least, leaves won't start to turn until late October and will still have colorful leaves the beginning of December!!
Our "W" starts in January and ends in late Feb or early March usually! If we're real lucky we might even get a dusting of snow during that time. And here I spend the summers crabbing at anyone who will listen that I want to spend next summer in Alaska!! (I say that every summer)

yep here in north pole alaska fall is here i think, which means winter can not be far behind, which means no more yard work no grass cutting and no more mosquitoes and prespiring. saw some peaks in the alaska range last week that had fresh snow on them. yea
