8-ball just picked a corner where he could supervise the goings on.
Nothing seemed to scare him

My cat Cinderella was a good traveller. Could leave the motorhome door open, and she'd be sitting in the doorway looking out, but never leave it.

At home if I left a door open accidentally, the furthest she'd go out was to the patio edge to forage and eat grass.

I have a sweet tender nature, however I enjoy sharing my thoughts and opinions.

Well the Bathroom remodel is finishing up this Monday, and no loud noises, so Basset has decided she can "help" runs in to see what is going on and then scurries off when he runs a tool.. Tiny I have to assume is back under the couch hiding.. Carpet tomorrow so will have to put them in CAT JAIL, (the office and close the door)..
They and I will be glad when this is over.. OH< he did stir up a mouse from some where, have to assume it is mouse as they were very intently watching a little noise behind one wall. I will empty the closet behind that wall and put in a mouse trap baited with peanut butter,, never fails!!

Well, the carpet guys don't make much noise but Tiny is hiding under the couch.. She just couldn't take it that we emptied the bedroom into the den along with the spare room.. Basset is checking everything that we moved to make sure it is safe and belongs there.

( Man this new carpet and pad is sooo much more comfortable to walk on barefoot!!

I agree that you shouldn’t place the safety of your pets on the contractors.

My mother never had that problem with leaving the back door open anyway, her cat was deathly afraid of grass, go figure that one out.

Well, the work is finished.. and trust me I AM NOT having that much work done at once again. .. Would like to remodel the kitchen, but no time soon.

Basset decided that the new carpet if just fine to lay on and roll over and over thank you!! So we three are pretty much back to normal.. AND ole Tiny found the wayward critter that was in the house. Dang, turned out it was a very very young, small mole!!! Didn't even know there were any in the area..
