Is there another product that works similar/better then Rain-X? Rain-X does not seem to work/stay on the windshield for very long.
Thanks,

I've used Rain-X for years and agree that it wears off quickly. I recently started using the Rain-X windshield washer fluid but it's too soon to tell if this will help extend the life of a regular application.

I have used Rain-X before, but I stopped using it because it seems to shorten the life of the wiper blades. I don't know of any similar product on the market.

Try ReJex, it works well on windshields as well as the rest of the coach. ReJex works very good on the front of the coach to make the bugs easy to get off. It leaves the surface very slick. e-tackle.com is one source, there are others.

A high quality auto wax will work just as well, if not better than Rain-X.

+1 for ReJex. I use it on the while coach, windows, windshield, everything. It can be found in some auto parts stores and hardware stores. 20 bucks a bottle but I can do my 40 footer and still have 4-5 ounces left.

I use Rain X but I get the "Original" Formula and do the first treatment and then a week later do another treatment. Works fine for me. Still have original wiper blades after 4 years, but I use a prop under the wiper arms during storage to "Lift" the blades off of the windshield so they don't take a "Set". There are many formulas of rain X so be careful what you use for maximum results.

303 wiper treatment
and 303 washer fluid additive
work better for me than RainX ever did.

I wasn’t aware that Rain-X had different formulas. I may order the other products to see what works best. When caught in a storm, the safety factor that these products provide are valuable.
Thanks again for all of you suggestions…
