Got a price for 6 225/70R/19.5 tires out the door for $1698.82. My question is these are the AH11's and I don't much about them. Does anybody know or use this tire and is this a good price?? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks....

The only thing I would be concerned about is availability when out on the road (unless you have a spare). If you had a flat they may not find a matching replacement away from home. I man I work with has a new Saturn auto that came from the factory with these tires, he hit an object in the road and cut the side wall, the saturn dealer said they couldn't help him get a tire. Went to a large tire dealer and they had too order a replacement took two days to get.
You mat want to stick with a common manufacturer. I paid $1560, out the door balanced for 6 Bridgestiones 8r/19.5 load range f, last month.

Hankook makes lots of truck tires and also racing tires I have been using them(different sizes) on my MH for some time with no ill effects. My brother-in-law has commonly used them on his heavy equipment and speaks highly of them. When I bought them last year they where the cheapest tires that I priced that actually had a name on them.

Hankook has a good national dealer network. Been extremely popular in this part of the country in almost all applications. Even the police vehicles around here are running them. Had a set on my Class C, infact it was all I could find. Would have to do some homework before I would put them on my Class A, considering the other options available. Somebody just reported getting Goodyear 19.5" next size up (245/70/19.5) at Sears for $260 I think. Just saw the thread in this forum so it should be close by. At that price I would be compareing the two side by side.

My local Chevron station stocks some sizes of Hankooks. He can get any other size same day, except on weekends.
I run them on my Dakota pickup.
Hankooks should not be difficult to find in large cities.
