Randy,
The cause of the "format error" is the 'img' tag. See picture.
Remove it and its brackets and the error will disappear. However, although not an error, you have superflous 'blue' tags and either side of the 'img' tag.
Signatures are edited on the preferences page. (My Forums --> My Preferences)

Oh heck, the HTML code won't show thru. Just remove all the blues except the first and last and remove the img and brackets.
