Some of you will probably have to find some elderly person, over 50, to explain some of these terms to you.

One of my cars that did indeed get fitted with fender skirts and a continental kit also had spinners (hub caps). Of course I nosed and decked it first. Ok, I'm old, maybe. Made a neat looking 1953 Ford convertable.

I remember the Edsel, there's one parked near by where I have my camper. As far as I've found out, she was still running when she was parked.

I had an Edsel. It was a '58 Citation but I bought it used and this one had the huge V8, I think 475 cubes and was in great shape. Ran like a dream, ugly as Phylis Diller and used fuel like a 747. The wife sold Avon and drove the thing door to door so it was very expensive to operate. I had gone to a dealer to look a new one when they first came out and drove it and was supposed to receive a scale model one but never did. I would like to have either one now.

And what about "calling"??? as kids, we'd stand at the door of a friend's house and call "Kennnnnyyyyy"....LOL! We'd get yelled at for ringing the doorbell - THAT was reserved for "company".

How about "ready rolled" cigarettes. No need for smokers to carry around a sack or can of tobacco along with rolling papers.

My dad was a milkman, drove for Whitings Milk in the early 60's. He also worked part time for "Jerry the Baker". If you lived in central Mass during the mid-60's you knew the blue Chevy panel trunk was Jerry's, and it was full of goodies. He stopped in the neighborhood, blasted his horn and people flocked to the truck to get whatever was hot and fresh.

How many remember the rag man, the pan man (sold pots and pans, took old ones in trade, or cleaned pots and pans that had been scorched).

What about 3 on the tree

Most haven't a clue what I'm talking about

or what about 4 on the floor and a 5th under the seat

Now that's a bad car

Do y'all remember any of these?
