I'm going to stand by my previous assertion: Simply replacing the damaged stock springs with ones that are properly curved will lift the trailer by the desired 2-3" amount.
Not an "off the shelf" remedy but very workable if the OP has a local spring company that is reputable. IMO the OP needs to check out his spring hangers and equalizer hanger for cracks and twist plus check out the spring eye bolts and bushing for wear/proper press fit. If the hangers have any problems - the spacer method carringb mentioned would be my choice of lift with off the shelf 3K or 3.3 K springs.

Thanks all who have replied.
I did make a typo when stating 7K axles....Axles are 6k. Part # on springs has been researched and they are Hayes springs as well. Part # tags are still attached to the springs. The springs were made by Rockwell in TX and according to Rockwell they have had NO issues with any bad batches of springs. The tag even has date code and no known issues were known of with the batch mine were part of.
The trailer weight loaded is NO GUESS.... it has been weighed on CAT scales at local truck stop. It has been scaled the 1st 3 trips out we made with it to get familiar with weights and loading stratagies. 10080lbs loaded is far under the rated load of axles and springs.
Axles will be swapped to bottom of springs, 16" wheels/tires are to go on (XPS tires ONLY)and most likely a new set of springs, just to give that piece of mind feeling when using the trailer. Piece of mind is a MUST when towing, as is a truck large enough to handle the load properly. The truck I have, now to get the piece of mind that I have always had with all my previous trailers all of which have NEVER had any axle, spring, tire, rim isssues and have been used like clockwork for up to 14 yrs continous without ever a problem of any sort!

I have the same issue with my Attitude 26FSAK. The axle is about 1" from the I beams that run the length of the trailer. After I put water in the tanks, I have about 1/2" of travel. I have yet to put 4 quads in. I'm sure the frame will be riding on the axle and the only suspension on this trailer will be the cheapo tires!
I too am looking at options. I will be visiting a trailer repair place in Anaheim next week.
