I put a 4 inch memory foam that I got from Overstock,( i bought them as a set and put one on my bed in the house). And then a feather bed topper and a mattress cover pad. The only thing is those darn feathers get everywhere, on the back side of the sheets memory foam and the mattress pad, find them on the floor, and sometimes they even poke me. But it is very comfy.

We put a 3" memory foam, feather bed, & mattress pad on our queen mattress and the two bunk mattresses. I only sleep for a few hours each night so I have to make that time count.

The mattress that came with the trailer were horrible (the bunks were even worse...my poor kids), so we added the feather beds. That still wasn't enough so we added the memory foam and mattress pads. I sleep like a baby now.

One more vote for mem foam. 3" on ours. It does get warm, though. A good pad with some ventilation as a buffer would go a long way. Ours works great! If I had the $$$ to blow, I`d get a Sleep Number bed to match the one in the house.

Feather toppers slide all over the mattress even when cinched down with sheet tighteners. I'm hopefully getting a new memory foam for my bed at home and moving the current foam to the camper...

We bought from this place......it's what all three of my children have as a total mattress system. Had my husband and I not bought an expensive set before finding these we would have went with these for our bed as well.

We will be purchasing this for our TT as soon as it gets delivered and I get measurments.....not even going to "try" out the mattress in the TT first, just going to order a topper for the master and the bunkies......probably the hide-a-bed as well since one of my little ones will be sleeping there.

Just looked at the link and that is definitely what I will be going with..Are the dinette and jackknife sofas in a TT standard sizes or are they all different? I would like to put 2" toppers on those and then put them away in the daytime when not being used? Can they be trimmed to fit?
Thanks everyone for your replies
