You will be slightly above GVWR, but not by much. I wouldn't worry about that. As long as you're not exceeding the GAWRs.

MPD56 wrote: An example and to also have the experts here confirm if I’m on the right track. I have a 2008 F350 PSD SRW 4x4 CC and I pull a 2008 313RKS Jayco. On the door sticker of my truck it states that my truck and trailer GCWR is 23,000 pounds and my truck GCWR is 11,400 pounds with a load capacity of 3,223 pounds. So last week I checked and found a CAT Scale near Grayling Michigan that I would be going by on a trip and I stopped to get the real weights. In the truck was the DW and I (400 lbs + -) with 15 gallons of fuel and the 5th wheel was packed for a week, which also had 46 gallons of fresh water.
Jayco Brochure Weights
Shipping Weight - 10,120 lbs
Carrying Capacity - 2880 lbs
Hitch - 2440 lbs
Length 34' 10"
Trailer Actual Weights
Weight - 11,360 lbs
Hitch - 2740 lbs
Length 34' 10"
Truck Alone Weights
Steer Axle - 5,180 lbs
Drive Axle - 3,700 lbs
Gross Weight - 8,880 lbs
Truck & Trailer Weight
Steer Axle - 5,180 lbs
Drive Axle - 6,440 lbs
Trailer Axle - 8,620 lbs
Gross Weight - 20,240 lbs
So If someone could please tell me why my steer axle weight didn’t change, my Husky hitch must not be 1” ahead of the rear axle? is this OK or should I have the Dealer (installer) move the hitch ahead. Also I believe that I’m not over loaded, but close. The fresh water tank is ahead of the axles, which weights close to 500 lbs and I think if I travel empty it would take most of that weight off the pin. I’m getting 10 MPG on the highway towing and 18mpg empty at 67mph. IT seems to handle well and it’s not like I’m going to tell the DW that I need a bigger truck, anyway. Thanks in advance….MPD56
What is the FAWR for your TV I seem to remember something like 5200, but it might be 5600. You might be slightly over your TV GVWR, but a few hundred pounds (up to around 500 using my conservative limits) w/o exceeding either the FAWR/RAWR or tire ratings of the TV I wouldn't be too concerned about.
Overall at first glance your at about your limits, but still go to go ratings wise especially considering all the FW you have on board as long as the FW tank is forward of the axles. If it's aft the pin wt. is going to go up with no FW onboard.

F350s FGAWR is usually 5200 - 5600# depending on options.
The rear GAWR is ~7000# IIRC.

If it's 5200 there might be and I say "MIGHT BE" an issue, but if 5600 that would be good. While he's definitely using a lot of his published capacities that is not always bad, especially with a diesel that doesn't need to scream to produce good usable power.

Thank for the replies folks: And here is when I try and do the math!!
I just got the data off the truck’s door sticker. So the trucks GVWR is 11,400 lbs but the front and back axle GAWR add up to 13,000 lbs, this I don’t understand. On the CAT scale the truck with the 5th wheel weighs 11,520 lbs, which means I’m 120 lbs over the truck’s GVWR. With the LOAD CAPACITY at 3,238 does this mean the truck weighs 8162 lbs (11,400 – 3,238), so with the CAT Scale weight of 8,880 lbs means that the DW, Me, 15 Gals of fuel, bed liner and the hitch must weigh 718 lbs? This I don’t understand?
DATA OFF THE TRUCK
TRUCK GVWR - 11,400 lbs
FRONT GAWR – 6,000 lbs
REAR GAWR – 7,000 lbs
LOAD CAPACAITY – 3,238 lbs
TIRES @ 80 psi - 3,640 lbs

GAWRs always add up to more than GVWR, check my sig for my truck's example (top of this page). That's normal.
Like I said, as long as you are under the GAWRs, I'd say you're OK.

I think you'll pull well.
I'd pay a lot of attention to stopping it, though.

Thank for your replies. It pulls well, and the 5th wheel has 16” wheels and good brakes. To tell you the truth, I felt my 12’ Popup behind more. I know I’m being a little fussy, but I still can’t believe how many people I’ve talk to in the last few years don’t have a clue of the weight of their setup. But now I’m on a whole different level with my family’s safety and equipment....Regards MPD56
